Oven cook from chilled 200°C | Fan 180°C | Gas Mark 6 - 30 mins.
First preheat your oven, then remove the sleeve and film lid from your meal and put the sachet to one side.
Place the foil tray in the centre of the preheated oven and cook for 25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
Next, squeeze the tomato sauce sachet contents over the vegetables and stir, before returning it to the oven, cooking for a further 5 minutes.
Gently stir before serving and evenly apply the contents of the sour cream sauce sachet. Wash hands after handling the sour cream sachet. Check the food is piping hot before serving.
